Whitney is a public librarian. She has a Masters in Library and Information Science from PITT as well as a Paralegal degree from Duquesne.
Whitney’s professional and personal work focuses on helping people from all walks of life make lasting connections with each other and enjoy and more positive and supportive experience with information technology.
Gary was born and grew up in Western Pennsylvania. He worked his way through college, graduating in 1986 from Penn State University with a degree in Accounting and a dual minor in English and Business Logistics. Gary then earned his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he graduated in 1989, having served as an Editor of the University of Pittsburgh Law Review.
Gary is the founding partner of Carlson Lynch a class action law firm located in Pittsburgh, San Diego, Chicago and Los Angeles that specializes in litigation related to data breach & cyber security, employee wage & hour, consumer finance litigation and disability rights advocacy. Carlson Lynch just received the prestigious award of The Legal Intelligencer's 2020 Litigation Firm of the Year.
Gary served as former president of, and is a current board member of, Human Services of Lawrence County. Gary's past service on non profit boards include: President of Lawrence County Learning Center; Board Member of Lawrence County Historical Society; and Board member of Highland House.
